Who I am

This website belongs to Seeking Stillness Massage & Bodywork, run by Caitlin from The Goonellabah Business Hub, 3/8 Slade Street, Goonellabah NSW 2480.

If you have a question about your privacy, email seekingstillnessmb@gmail.com or call 0490 658 526.

What this website collects

The website itself doesn't ask for your personal details. There are no forms and no accounts.

When you book online, you're taken to Cliniko, my booking system. The details you enter there go to Cliniko, not to this website, and Cliniko's own privacy policy applies to them.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

With your permission, this website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It only switches on if you tap "Yes" on the cookie notice.

When it's on, it tells Meta which pages of this website you visited and whether you tapped "Book online", along with technical details like your browser, your device and your IP address. Meta may connect this with your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.

I use it to see how people find my website and to show my ads to people who might be interested. It doesn't receive anything you enter when you book, or anything you tell me during a session.

Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy, and may store and process it outside Australia.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of my website. If you say no, the Meta Pixel stays off and its cookies are cleared from this website.

You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Other services on the page

The map on my website comes from Google Maps, and the fonts come from Google Fonts. When these load, Google receives basic technical details like your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies to that.

Questions or concerns

If you're worried about how your information has been handled, please contact me first and I'll do my best to sort it out. If you're not happy with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
